Q. What is the difference between Eco-min and Trio-min?

A. Eco-min contains up to 100 minerals and is more suitable for native plants and where excessive amount phosphate is locked up in the soil. Trio-min contains phosphate and up to 100 minerals. It is more suitable for balancing your soil and plant needs. Trio-min is an all round balanced fertilizer.

Q. How often do I use Eco-min or Trio-min?

A. Eco-min or Trio-min should be applied twice a year at the recommended rate. It can be applied at any time of the year

Q. What type of plants and soil can Eco-min or Trio-min be used on?

A. Eco-min or Trio-min can be used on any plants or any soil type. This includes extreme acid or alkaline soils.

Q. How does Eco-min or Trio-min help in potting mixes and composts?

A. Eco-min and Trio-min provides essential minerals and trace elements for plants and the naturally occurring microbes. This assists in the breaking down of compost.

Q. How should Eco-min or Trio-min be applied?

A. In agriculture it is preferably applied using a belt spreader.

For Gardening it is simply sprinkled onto lawns, flower beds, established trees and shrubs and then lightly watered in. For lawns Eco-min and Trio-min should be applied at the rate of 10kg per 200 square metres in conjunction with half of the normal rate of fertilizer. When planting out trees and seedlings apply half down the hole and sprinkle half around the surface.
